Analytic system
Analytic systems «being one of the most effective means of technological process quality operational control allow to analyze multicomponent samples of liquid and gas at all stages of processing that simplifies the operators’ and technologists’ work due to the possibility of acquiring operating data including component analysis of raw stock, intermediate products of technological cycle and finished product.
«SPE «GKS» realizes projecting, production, mounting, precommissioning, start-up and further service backup, engineering and metrological servicing of the analytical systems based on industrial and laboratory chromatographs from different manufacturers and application of own manufacture systems for primary and secondary sampling preparation.
Industrial flow chromatographs can be installed both close to a technological line in explosion hazard zones and in separately located specialized analyzing block-boxes.
At present «SPE «GKS» gained broad experience in adaptation, maintenance and engineering support of chromatographic systems of the world famous manufacturers such as «Siemens AG», «Emerson», «Yokogawa», «Dani», Private Company SKB «Chromatek». Within the framework of start-up works the enterprise «SPE «GKS» trains personnel in main principles of analytic systems operation.
Analytic systems having become wide spread in chemical and oil-refining industry produce complete information of component analysis of the analyzed sample and hence of its physicochemical properties and quantity /qualitative indices.
Chromatographic system as a rule consists of two parts: the system of sample preparation and the chromatograph itself. The system of sample preparation can be primary, id est located directly in place of sampling, and secondary, located in close proximity to the chromatograph. Primary sample preparation is stipulated by the necessity of a sample heating to transport it to the chromatograph and subsequent reducing. Depending on the specified process conditions the primary sample preparation system may be not incorporated. The secondary sample preparation system comprises all analyzed flows (in case of multiflow systems), provides switching of sampling flows fed to the chromatograph, allows to add calibration mixture to adjust and verify the chromatograph. The secondary sample preparation system supports the required values of temperature, pressure and volume of sampling entered the analytical chromatograph duct.
The sample is transported along the analytical duct by means of inert gas carrier (nitrogen, helium) since it is not identified by detector. Decomposition into separate components takes place in analytic columns and flow control is exercised by pneumatic and electric valves. The quantity of the components is evaluated by the detector. The columns, valves anddetectors are placed into the chromatograph thermostating chamber.
Application of flow chromatographs allows acquiring operating data (within the term of some minutes up to one hour) of component analysis, medium quality parameters and hence gives the possibility of fast response to the changes of the technological process.
The systems of primary and secondary sample preparation are assembled of high quality materials and component parts of such leading world manufacturers as»Swagelok», «Hytor» и «Hoke». At the enterprise «SPE «GKS» own plant.
The enterprise employees regularly improve their skills and take part in seminars devoted to component analysis and gas and hydrocarbon medium quality indices determination.
The enterprise «SPE «GKS» is involved in development and distribution of software for natural gas analysis and unstable gaseous condensate.
