Systems of telemechanics (STM)

«SPE «GKS» realizes design, producing, chief-mounting, commissioning and start-up, and following technical support of telemechanical systems (STM) of any complexity of any complexity using program and technical devices of various producers which corresponds the Contractor’s demands.


Groups of wells, crane sites of product pipeline and gas transportation, gas condensate and oil are assigned into telemechanics.


Selection of program and technical devices for controlled points of STM is realized with the following characteristics:
 

  • Ability for long-term off0line working;
  • Lower power consumption;
  • Wide interval of operational temperature;
  •  Ability for remote programming and diagnostics.
 

Every controlled point of telemechanics provides:
 

  • Distant control and gathering of information from the system of well yield measurement system;
  • Distant control and gathering of information from inhibitor injection system;
  • Distant control and gathering of information from cathodic protection station (CPS);
  • Distant control of drilling control device;
  • Warning about uninterruptible power supply battery discharge;
  • Warning about block-box opening, where the control point equipment is placed;
  • Warning about temperature marginal error in the block-box;
  • Automated diagnosing of operating and program devices of controlled point;
  • Remote setting-up, configuration and feature determination of program and technical devices of controlled point.


Information transfer from controlled point to control point may be realized by:
 

  • Radio channel in assigned frequency band for telemechanics net-works;
  • Radio channel communication line ;
  • By GSM mobile communication;
  • By satellite communication, based on using low-earth-orbit satellites.


Information on-line from database of control point is accessible in accordance with OPC protocol in external informational systems.

«SPE «GKS» disposes the own inserting manufacturing of control cabinets  of  for controlled points of STM and polygon for their arrangement, as well as the own inserting manufacturing  of block-boxes, that allows minimize time and financial costs for telemechanical systems start-up in the Contractor’s objects.
