Liquid Filter
Filters manufacturing «SPE «GKS» (produced by TU 3616-001-94291860-2009) designed for installation on systems of measurement (units accounting), pipelines and process plants refining, petrochemical, oil and gas industries in order to protect technological devices and devices from damage caused by mechanical impurities working environment. Filters manufacturing «SPE «GKS» have the certificate of conformity GOST R № ROSS RU.AV28.V00902 and permission to use the RCF number 00-37871.
The filter consists of a housing and filter element. The design of the filter element allows its complete disassembly and assembly on site, which significantly reduces the time for cleaning and servicing of the filter, and consequently reduces the forced downtime.
By type of connection filters are available in the disconnector (flange) and one-piece (welded) performance.
Filters are designed for use at pressures (MPa): 2,5, 6,3, 8,0, 10,0, 16,0, and operating temperature from minus 60 to plus 100 ° C.
Diameter of 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 mm.
Filtering is specified when ordering a filter based on the conditions and parameters of the working environment and taking into account the maximum allowable pressure drop to the filter. Filtering is achieved by using grid cell filter cartridge different sizes.
The class of hazardous areas in which the filter can be placed on the EMP - B-1g, B-1a.
Lifetime - 10 years in operation with a filter media, causing the rate of penetration of corrosion in the metal not more than 0.1 mm per year.
Equipment supplied by the filter:
- filter in assembled form;
- operational documentation (passport, manual installation and operation);
- valves.
In the case of split-performance connection filter to the pipeline at the request of the customer can be delivered:
- flanges nozzle exit sign work environment, work pads, fasteners, not requiring replacement of the installation;
- spare set of pads.
