About the enterprise

Scientific – production enterprise (SPE) «GKS» was formed by the team of professionals holding the same views to be the production unit directed toward putting into practice the whole complex of engineering works in the sphere of industrial automation, elaboration of accounting system and metrological support for oil and gas industry.

At present «SPE «GKS» successfully grows and fulfills different tasks for the plants and factories of gas-and-oil producing, petrochemical, food and some other branches of industry.

The structure and potential of «SPE «GKS» makes it possible to offer a Customer turnkey approach to all works in projecting, implementation, procurement of equipment, installation, balancing and commissioning, start-up and support in the following areas:
 

• measurement systems for commercial and operational accounting of liquid and gas hydrocarbons (accounting assemblies);
• systems of gas and liquid quality characterization including flow chromatography;
• automatic control systems of manufacturing process (ACSMP) and anti-damage protection systems (APS);
• automatic fire-fighting and gas pollution control systems (AFGCCS);
• automatic control systems of energy and power supply (ACSE);
• automatic remote control systems (telemechanics) (CST).

«SPE «GKS» realizes service backup, engineering and metrological servicing for the abovementioned systems of different integrators.

Being the member of such scientific and production associations as «Soyuzneftegasproject» and RNP «Felloship of constructors of RT» «SPE «GKS» possesses all necessary permits and authorization-based documents for the activities mentioned above and appropriate licenses for permit-to-work in compliance with the Federal Law «Of Self-regulating Organizations».

Metrological service of «SPE «GKS» is accredited and possesses the right for verification of probing technologies composing measurement systems for liquid and gas hydrocarbons accounting (accounting assemblies).

«SPE «GKS» implements training and retraining of the industry specialists (engineers, operators and metrologists) in the following areas:
 

• metrological and engineering servicing of gas and liquid flow chromatographs;
• configuration management of measurement systems and such systems as ACSMP and APS, ACSE, AFGCCS, CST;
• configuration development for controller Floboss S600 in programming environment Config S600;
• verification and calibration of systems for quantity accounting and quality rating of various liquid and gas hydrocarbons.

• fabrication of measurement systems (accounting assemblies) for liquid and gas hydrocarbons;
• manufacture of mobile verification installations and leakage test benches;
• wiring works sector (assemblage of control cabinets for accounting systems and such systems as ASUTP, ASUE, SAPKZ, STM);
• production of block-boxes with life support systems, fire detection, fire-fighting and gas pollution control systems;
• manufacture of liquid filters and sampling devices.
