Counsel on the Subject: «Oil Moisture Meters. Inaccuracy of Measurements and Requirements of GOST (State Standard) 8.615-2005»
Representatives of the leading Russian companies – moisture meter manufacturers, AGZU and Engineering companies – took part in the work of this counsel. SPE «GKS» was represented by Mr. Prokkoyev V. V., the Deputy Director General.
Participants considered questions and problems concerning moisture meters testing with a view to obtain reliable data on their metrological performance and to provide an opportunity for their objective comparison.

III annual amicable games of Footsal for «NPP «GKS» - 2009 Cup
From December 11 to December 12 of the year 2009 there were III annual amicable games of Futsal held for «SPE «GKS» Cup in the city of Kazan. According to the final meeting results, the team of «SPE «GKS», Kazan, became the winner. The second place was taken by the team of «OP GNMC «Nefteavtomatika», Kazan. By right the honorary third place passed to the team of STK «Barsy», Kazan.
Altogether 12 teams from various cities, such as: Moscow, Samara, Kazan, Cheboksary, Perm, – took part in the Futsal tournament. The object purposed by the considered games holding was to create the respective conditions for amicable communication in informal environment for representatives of different organisations, like-minded people and partners working at one and the same problem common for all of them, as well as to involve a sports component present in any competition – that is, striving for victory.

Moreover, there was an IQNet Unified International Pattern Certificate presented to «SPE «GKS» in addition to the main Certificate.
IQNet is an International Certification Network, which is a non-governmental not-for-profit organisation founded in compliance with the legislation of Switzerland, having its headquarters in the city of Bern, Switzerland. With the IQNet Certificate obtained, in case of need «SPE «GKS» can execute a certificate of any of its members without any additional check-ups. There could be Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Turkey, Serbia and Czechoslovakia named among the members of this organisation.
Putting into trial operation of UU KGN of «Gasprom dobycha Urengoy», LLC
«Gasprom» has put the Complex Gas Treatment Installation No 22 (UKPG-22) into experimental-and-industrial operation with a view to develop the second pilot sector of Achimovskiye deposits of Urengoy gas-condensate field. In the framework of the project considered SPE «GKS» has fulfilled the complete package of works on construction of an Unstable Gas Condensate Registration Unit (UUKGN): starting from designing, completing and manufacturing to turn-key assembling works and balancing-and-commissioning works performance and metrological provision of the system.
The registration unit has been constructed on the basis of «MicroMotion» mass counter flowmeters and FloBoss S600 measuring-calculating controllers manufactured by «Emerson Process Management» company; it has maximum throughput capacity of 240 t/h and ensures condensate mass measurement accuracy of up to ±0,25%.
There has been the following modern equipment applied as components of the registration unit: Maxum II stream chromatograph manufactured by «Siemens» company, automatic sampling system manufactured by «Jiskoot» company, Daniel calibration rig. There is an analytical controller provided with certified «BARS» software of in-house development applied to process the results of unstable gas condensate quality indices analysis and calculation in real-time operation mode.
