Measurement system
«SPE «GKS» realizes design, producing, chef-mounting, commissioning and start-up, metrological supply of measurement systems (metering units), assigned for commercial and operational control, their metrological and technical support.
Measurement systems (metering units) are completed with measurement means of world leaders (according the selection of Contractor).
Control units of gas-condensate, oil, refined products, gas liquids, and other hydrocarbonaceous means relate to the liquid measurement systems.
Control units of natural gas, oil-dissolved gas, multicomponent gas mixture relate to gas measurement systems.
«SPE «GKS» has Certificate of conformance № 0797397 for producing measurement systems (metering units), and has systems of certification of GOST RF standards, and the permit for apply of ROSTEKHNADZOR №РРС 00-31588.
Measurement systems (metering units) assigned to:
- Measurement of quantity of working substance, passed through the measurement system (metering unit) in automated mode with demanded delicacy;
- Definition of quality indices of working substance in automated mode.
- Measurement systems (metering units) produced by «SPE «GKS» could be completed with the following blocks:
- Block of filters (BF), consisted of one or more filters, where filtration of measured substance from mechanical impurities is conducted;
- Block of measuring lines (BML), where conversion devices of flowrate are installed, and the measurement of quantity of working substance, passed through the measurement system is conducted;
- Block of quality parameters measurement (BQM), where physical and chemical parameters of substance, such as mass density, moisture content, fractional analysis, etc. are measured, and where devices for automated and hand drawing of samples are installed;
- Block of information processing (BIP), it gathers, processes, visualizes and stores all information coming from all measurement devices. BIP realizes control of executive mechanisms of stop valves and regulators, pumps, and it realizes light and alarm signalization in case of divergence of parameters, as well as connection with other control systems.
- Design of measurement systems is held in strict accordance with normative documents, corresponded to this sphere, taking into account Contactor’s requests.
All projects of realization and reconstruction of measurement systems (metering units) take obligatory expertise in the bodies of Russian Technical Regulation (Rostechregulirovanie). After the expertise of the project’s control system, the method of metering (MM) is worked out and passes the attestation. Measurement system (metering unit) might be included in Uniform State Register of metering devices. Producing of measurement systems is conducted in accordance with TC 3689-94291860-2007-01. Detailed engineering drawings are worked out for measurement systems, it is taken into consideration serviceability and support, as well as optimal sizes for vehicle or rail transportation to the object of Contractor.
Chief mounting of measurement systems is realizes with the full accordance to the project, all rules and safety regulations are followed, it is made in a quality manner and short time frames.
Commissioning and start-up is the stage that anticipates completion of measurement systems in experimental operation and industrial operation. At present stage the tuning up of all measurement devices is taken, as well as the check of flow transducers in the place of operation, and the staff is educated to work with the system.
