Software analysis controller «ZILANT-1-03» is designed to meet the challenges of Flow of natural gas, as well as dry and wet multicomponent gas mixtures of variable compositions for determining the following physical and chemical properties:
- compressibility factor;
- density in the working conditions;
- density at standard conditions (at a known full component composition);
- adiabatic exponent;
- speed of sound;
- dynamic viscosity;
- calorific value (highest, lowest);
- Wobbe index (higher, lower) - if one knows the complete composition.
Determination of physical-chemical properties of PG by the method described in GOST 30319. (0-3) -96 «Natural gas. Methods for calculating the physical properties».
Determination of calorific value and Wobbe index is carried out by the method described in GOST 22667-82 «Combustible natural gases. Estimate method for determining the heat of combustion, the relative density and Wobbe index».
Software controllers calculate physicochemical properties «ZILANT» can be implemented on the basis of controllers SCADAPack, GE Fanuc RX7i and Siemens S7.
